Registration begins: 9:00am
Service begins at 1:00 P.M.
Lunch Available:
at the cost of $6 per personWe need to know how many people to provide for so, if you could let us know
by September 20th, how many girls, leaders and family members
who wish to receive lunches we would appreciate it very much.
We need each girl and each sponsor who is to be honored
to turn in an application by September 15th, 2009.
Please, try to meet this deadline. If that is not possible they will still be able to
participate but may not be able to have their name on the program.
We also need a short bio on each Honor Star, Honor Friends Graduate,
Honor Girls Only Graduate, all Honor Sponsors and Honor Coordinators.
Remember you must be from a currently chartered club to participate in the District event.
We mailed out the Celebration letter a couple of weeks ago.
I trust the girls are all working on their achievements
and that we will have a wonderful celebration.
Get you things in the mail quickly. We are running out of time!

To receive the application and test for Honor Sponsor or Honor Coordinator you must contact Carol Brown at the District office. Please designate KJV or NIV.
