This is our forth annual Girls Ministries Tent Camp Out. Last July was great! The girls loved the out of doors events and training. Make plans to attend this fun event with us. We are looking for you! Our goal is to see girls drawn closer to God and lives changed by the power of God.
A rough schedule is:**
Arrive and check in 4:00 P.M.
Set up tents (possibly a training time)
NO FOOD IN TENTS
Create a yell and flag show enthusiasm (You can make the flag prior to the camp or at the
camp as a project.)
Dinner 6:00 P.M.
Council fire meeting 7:30 P.M.
Fellowship time around the camp fire.
Bed time 10:30 P.M.
Arise and shine 7:30 A.M.
Flag pledges and short devotion 8:00 A.M.
Breakfast 8:15 A.M.
Clean up 8:45 A.M.
Morning Service 9:00 A.M.
Classes 10:00- 11:00 A.M. (30 min each)
To be announced
Water fun 11:00 - 11:30 A.M.
Lunch preparation, eating and clean up 11:30 A.M.-12:45 P.M.
Classes 1:00 - 2:00 P.M. (30 min class and 30 min T-shirt time)
Closing rally 2:00 - 2:10 P.M.
All trash will need to be taken with you. Plan on doing this however we are going to TRY to have some way of disposing of trash for you.
Things you might need to have along on a camp out:
Tent (if over night stay is required)
Pocket knife
Rope
Cooler
Food (this depends on stationary location or hiking)
Trail mix if there is no one in your party who is allergic to peanuts.
First aid kits
Personal
Insect repellant
Citronella candle (possibly)
Bed roll
Rain poncho
Compass (if you have one)
Fire starter and matches or lighter
Toiletries
Lantern
Camp stove
Trash bags
Sleep attire such as T-shirt and sleep shorts or non-see-through gown
Good shoes (tennis shoes or hiking shoes)

Cost includes T-shirt. This is a project the girls have all enjoyed. They decorate their own t-shirts.
Group is responsible for bringing all their food and all personal items. They must supply the tents and bedding for their girls as well.
We must have a signed medical form and model release form on each girl. We must have a current background check on each adult attending.
