Girls Ministries 2009 Missions Project!
Our Southern Missouri District Girls Ministries Missions Project for 2009 is for the Children's Church at Koro Gocho Assembly in Nairobi, Kenya. They can not use the building because it still has a dirt floor.
These wonderful people are doing all they can to provide church, food and schooling for children in the dump/slums of the Mathare Valley in the Kora Gocho area.
These are precious children who have nothing. They are happy to be learning about Jesus and the ability to read and write. They get their little cup of porridge and are so thankful for that. These children have stollen my heart. I want to make things as good for them as it can be.
Let's get behind this project and see the cement floor put in this building for the glory of God! Can you help? Do you have three good meals a day?
